We'll set up a time to walk through the home in person — a chance for both of us to make sure it's the right fit.

We confirm & send the application

When the interest is mutual, we'll send over the full application for you to complete.

Sign your lease in person

We walk through the lease together at our office and get everything signed. Your security deposit is due when the lease is signed.

Move in

Get your keys, pay your first month's rent — welcome home.
